Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Vyrai for using this website and the Vyrai app. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using Vyrai, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Vyrai.
Who can use Vyrai
You must be 18 or older to use Vyrai. Your birth date sets your ticket cap and is how we confirm eligibility.
The challenge & the honor system
Vyrai is a game with one rule: each flight or train leg you log must cost no more than your age, in your currency, per leg. Prices are self-reported — we don't verify them and don't collect receipts. Entering accurate information is your responsibility, and your score is only as honest as the numbers you enter. Deliberately gaming the honor system (fake prices, fake trips) may lead to score resets or account removal.
Your account & conduct
Keep your account secure; you're responsible for activity under it. Be a good traveler: a Wave is a friendly hello, not an invitation to anything more. Don't harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, impersonate anyone, or try to break, scrape, or abuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Your content & the public map
You keep ownership of what you create. When you choose to make a city or a photo public, you grant Vyrai a licence to store and display that content within the app so your map and the shared globe work. Only publish content you have the right to share, and don't post other people's private information.
Purchases
The challenge is free to play. The optional photo add-on is a one-time purchase per journey, billed through the App Store or Google Play once the apps are live. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled by those stores under their policies.
Vyrai is a game, not a travel service
You find, book, and pay for your own trips. Vyrai is not a travel agency, airline, or booking service, and we're not responsible for your travel, ticket prices, or any third party you book through. Travel safely and follow all applicable laws and carrier rules.
Availability, disclaimers & liability
Vyrai is provided "as is" and "as available," and we may change, pause, or discontinue features — especially while the app is pre-launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & contact
